What First72 is

First72 is a procedural advisory service. We draft complaint paperwork for cyber-fraud victims and tell them where to file it. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We do not represent customers in court. We do not file complaints on a customer's behalf.

What we deliver

On the Standard tier, within four business hours of completed intake: a bank dispute letter, 1930 complaint script, cybercrime.gov.in submission text, FIR-ready narrative, and a one-page filing guide. On the Escalation tier, same business day, plus an RBI Banking Ombudsman appeal held in reserve.

What we do not guarantee

We guarantee the procedure: correct format, correct citation, correct channel, delivered within the stated SLA. We do not guarantee fund recovery, bank refund, police action, or any specific outcome from your complaint.

Payment

All payments are one-time, flat fees processed by Razorpay. No recurring charge. No recovery percentage. If we decline your case after intake, we refund within 24 hours to your original payment method.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for filing your own complaints. You retain control of your accounts, credentials, and the submission process. You agree not to use First72's services for cases involving criminal proceeds on your own part.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for your bank's decisions, regulatory outcomes, police action, or any consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
